Colin is President of Crosscourt Properties and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to Crosscourt, he is a Managing Director at Repvblik, a Michigan-based multifamily owner, which he joined in 2020. Colin has fifteen years of experience in real estate investment, development and operations, accounting, and investment banking. Colin received a BA in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting from UCLA and a Master of Real Estate Development degree from USC.  In addition, he is licensed as a real estate broker as well as a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Morgan is Senior Vice President of Crosscourt Properties and a real estate consultant and development professional with broad experience across the full project lifecycle, from entitlements and predevelopment to contractor oversight and stabilization. She has worked on both affordable and conventional multifamily housing. Previously, Morgan served as Director of Development at Repvblik, where she worked with Colin managing a national portfolio of adaptive reuse projects. Earlier in her career, she worked on ground-up condominium and hospitality developments in New York City.
